1. You will need a journal to work in. It can be any kind you want. A composition notebook, a old book, a watercolour journal- whatever, just get one...

2.Now get yourself a few basic supplies:
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Gesso
  • Acrylic paint
  • Biro pen
The above list are absolute essentials, but there are many other art supplies you can use.
